Professionals/Administrators

Getting the most out of your workforce often requires a masterful performance. First let me suggest that you need to bring your A-game everyday.  Setting the tone with extravagant events is not the solution.  Even a bad musician can sense when there is something wrong with a musical piece.   You must become the orchestra.  If you want your staff to believe in your leadership, you must become their leader from the inside out.  Show that you believe in your business and your employees will too.

Teachers

Having necessary resources are important to making things work in the classroom. Getting young people to respond to the days activity is not always about show and tell. Instead of giving them routine assignments to start the day, first tap into their Consciousness with a talk about things that affect them daily. See if your lessons really soar!

Students

Learning doesn't have to be difficult if you use the right approach.  Try this.  When doing home assignments layout the work from the most difficult to the easiest.  Always keep in mind when which assignments are due.  Begin by working on the assignments that are easiest first.  Taking this approach will free time for other work that is more difficult.
